ICOM Malaysia is a leading college of music in the Asia Pacific region. The ICOM educational experience is an integration of theoretical knowledge and practice of skills in various aspects of music. This includes music performance, arranging, music production & technology and music business.

The ICOM learning process prepares aspiring musicians, audio and music business professionals to meet the needs and challenges of the ever-evolving industry of professional music. Since 1996 the college has played a prominent role in shaping and moulding both the personal image and musicianship of the many students who have passed through its doors. ICOM has established herself as an icon to past and current students and as an aspiration to future music students.

Currently, ICOM has 200 students registered in its programmes. Our courses meet the demands of the music industry, which is looking for qualified music professionals to take on the challenging roles of arranger, songwriter, producer, engineer, performer, manager, entrepreneur and a host of other creative positions. Graduates of ICOM are readily accepted by the music industry as our students are well prepared to meet the needs and demands of a thriving industry.

The philosophy of education of the college is to provide the best possible music education to enhance the level of musicianship, arranging, audio production and music business skills and spearhead the growth and development of music in the region.

Facilities

ICOM has one of the best, if not the best music facility, in the Asia Pacific region and ranks among the best-equipped music colleges in the world. Thus far, the college has invested RM 50 million in ensuring that its facilities are at par, if not better than, the leading music colleges in the world. Its six-storey building is solely dedicated to the teaching and learning of music at its highest standards.
